2. Reduce the liquid temperature. In some cases, excessively high liquid temperature can even affect sealing performance. In this case, it is necessary to lower the temperature to improve the liquid performance.
3. Change the pressure of the sealed chamber. In some cases, it is necessary to increase or decrease the pressure in the sealed chamber to improve performance. This can be achieved by controlling volatilization or reducing the heat consumption of the seal.
4. Clean the process fluid. If the process liquid contains inappropriate solid particles or contaminants, it is necessary to clean the liquid in the sealed chamber. In extreme cases, it may be necessary to provide clean liquid from outside the sealed system.
5. Manipulate the atmospheric side of the seal. Due to the contact between process liquids and air, they may dry, crystallize, or slagging. It is very important to avoid mutual influence with air and prevent adverse effects on sealing performance.
