What is a sealing assist system?
The sealing auxiliary system is an effective measure to control temperature and improve the service life of mechanical seals. The sealing auxiliary system mainly brings temperature and heat, reduces the temperature of the sealing chamber, avoids liquid film gasification, improves lubrication standards, avoids dry operation, and avoids residue accumulation and gas generation.
The sealing auxiliary system is actually a direct cooling method, which includes a straight connected sealing auxiliary system, a positive bypass sealing auxiliary system (also known as a positive sealing auxiliary system), a reverse bypass sealing auxiliary system, also known as a backwash, a comprehensive sealing auxiliary system, and a comprehensive sealing auxiliary system. The source of flushing fluid is the internal sealing auxiliary system and the external sealing auxiliary system. According to the channel layout of the sealing auxiliary system, the point-to-point sealing auxiliary system and the multi-point sealing auxiliary system.

1. The upright connection sealing auxiliary system connects the outlet channel with the sealing chamber inside the pump. By utilizing the pressure difference, maintain a positive flow of material from the pump outlet into the sealing chamber, achieving the effect of a sealing auxiliary system. 2. The forward bypass sealing assist system (also known as the forward sealing assist system) directs the substance from the pump outlet, passes through the bypass pipe, and is throttled according to the orifice plate before entering the sealing chamber. By utilizing the pressure difference between the pump outlet and the sealing chamber, the positive flow of the medium is maintained to achieve the effect of a sealing auxiliary system. The bypass pipe can be connected as needed, and the upper vortex separator, heat exchanger, etc. can have operating temperatures. Operation corrosion, used for internal sealing.
3. The reverse bypass sealing auxiliary system (also known as the reverse sealing auxiliary system) extracts substances from the sealing chamber, passes through the bypass pipe, and maintains the reverse flow of the medium through the pressure difference between the sealing chamber and the pump inlet based on the throttle orifice plate and the return pump channel, thereby achieving the effect of temperature control and avoiding residue accumulation. This sealing auxiliary system method is suitable for substances with a temperature below 80C, and is a common location with a small difference between sealing pressure and discharge pressure.
4. The material circulation sealing auxiliary system is installed on the pump shaft or shaft sleeve. The circulating wheel generates a pump effect with the help of rotation, allowing the sealing liquid to circulate. The material is extracted from the sealed chamber and flushed back into the sealed chamber through a heat exchanger. The working medium and the sealed chamber medium conduct heat through a throttle sleeve operation, and the operating temperature is maintained. Commonly used for internal single end sealing.
5. This is a method of using the substance of the pump itself to enter the refrigeration tank through the pump outlet, cool down, and then enter the sealed chamber. As shown in Figure 5-6, the pressure of the oil in the general sealing auxiliary system should be higher than 0.5~1MPa of the sealing chamber or the sealing auxiliary system should be operated with an orifice plate. The temperature of the sealing auxiliary system of the high-temperature pump should be less than 60 ° C. (The national standard shall not exceed 800 ° C)
6. The dual support pump can provide a two-way sealing auxiliary system. The pressure of the sealing chamber at the outlet end is higher than the sealing pressure of the channel, and the sealing chambers on both sides are connected to each other. The reverse sealing auxiliary system at the pump outlet end and the forward sealing auxiliary system at the pump channel end are called two-way sealing auxiliary systems.
